Maya, our travel designer, proposes tailor-made itineraries that focus on gastronomy and well being. She adjusts to the pre-established budget of each client and will give you the necessary tools to make your trip a dream come true.

Viajes Maya is designed to help people who like to travel independently, without groups, but who don't have time to organize their trip. Using our services you save time, optimize your trip and have a follow-up throughout the entire duration of your travel. Viajes Maya only offers you trips that our designer has recently and personally tested. This way we ensure approved experiences.

How does it work?

Contact us via our form.
We will contact you to discuss your trip, duration, dates, preferences and budget.
We sign the travel design contract.
Upon receiving 50% of the payment we will start working on your personalized trip.
When the proposal is ready (1 to 2 weeks for Europe and 3 for Colombia) we will inform you so that you can pay the remaining 50%.
Then we meet to give you the itinerary that we can modify according to your comments or suggestions.
Final step: Delivery of the guide and itinerary of your travel.

It is important that you keep in mind that we, as travel designers, plan the itinerary and offer you a guide with useful information about your destination.
You are in charge of making the reservations and payments.
Nevertheless we are at your disposal to solve any concerns you have and always available during your trip.
